Toyota is recalling some 100,000 Tundra pickup trucks and approximately 3,500 Lexus LX 600 SUVs in response to a problem that could lead to engines losing power while operating, according to news reports.
The model years involved are 2022 and 2023.
The recall, covering traditional gasoline-powered vehicles and not hybrids, is necessary because some debris from the manufacturing process might have been included in the engines, causing them to run roughly, knock or stall, the reports said.
